Baseline and Benchmark:  Provides a clear baseline of your building and portfolio through historical analysis, normalization (weather, occupancy, etc.) and multi-variable
regression.   Enables you to maintain a comprehensive perspective of building performance and comply with mandates through flexible benchmarking functionality—including ENERGY STAR®.

Analyze and Target:  Analyzes energy performance at multiple levels—individual systems, whole buildings, and portfolios—through in-depth energy, KPI, and bill analysis features (load profiling, utility cost analysis, year-on-year comparison, etc.).  Measures energy projects with clear cost, energy reduction, or Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission targets (per building, portfolio, region or other attributes).

Alert and Verify:  Utilizes flexible alerting mechanisms to manage demand thresholds, or anomalies in aggregate and/or load-level consumption.  Verifies energy savings in compliance with IPMVP (international performance measurement & verification protocol), enabled through real-time data capture from energy meters and regression analysis.

SCItrack Technology & Support

SCItrack is a cloud-based software solution, offered via subscription for multiple user types. There is no software to download—everything is accessible through an intuitive web interface. Data sources include electricity, gas, and water, but can also incorporate any metered fuel type such as steam, compressed air, chilled water, and more. SCItrack-installed hardware utilizes state of the art Niagara^AX® Java Application Control Engine (JACE) gateways with open protocol communication device drivers.  SCItrack is available in multiple languages and currencies.
